Glen gained his BA (Hons) degree from Warwick University in English Literature and then worked for a number of years as Deputy Head of a Primary School before moving into the financial services industry. He has now worked in financial services for over 25 years, providing advice to private and corporate clients in areas such as retirement planning, utilising appropriate tax wrappers, inheritance tax planning, investing for income and growth, and providing long term financial security and wealth preservation plans for families.
Glen is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society making him one of the most highly qualified top 5% of UK advisers. He is also a Chartered Financial Planner.
Glen believes that effective financial planning starts by understanding each client’s individual objectives and establishing an appropriate long term financial plan, taking into account life changes along the way. Glen works with a variety of clients ranging from young entrepreneurs to retired individuals and generally works with people who he has been recommended to by existing clients. He also works with corporate clients covering areas such as business protection, shareholder and partnership assurance, and group and occupational pension planning.
