PRIVATE CLIENTS

We provide a range of different services to satisfy different financial requirements. You might need them all or just one and we will help you choose when we first meet with you to discuss your needs and explain our services.

Financial

PLANNING

The purpose of financial planning is to help you achieve your goals in life. Most people have not planned their lives, just ending up where they are.  But how many times have you heard successful people talk about their plans or visualising their success?  Planning works. Our job as planners is to show you how the decisions you make now can shape your future and help you to achieve your ambitions.

Investment

SERVICES

Investing for your future and that of your dependants is not something to take lightly and we consider it a particular expertise of ours. We are not tied to any one investment provider and seek to align your investments with your own goals. We consider what your investment goals are, when you need to achieve them and plan accordingly.

The value of investments and income from them may go down. You may not get back the original amount invested.

Mortgage

ADVICE

We work with clients of all sorts from homeowners who want to remortgage to save money, first time buyers getting on the property ladder, people looking for overseas homes, to sophisticated property investors.

A Mortgage is a loan secured against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

Estate

PLANNING

Nobody likes to think about their own mortality but there is a great deal of comfort and peace of mind to be had when you know the people you love will be properly provided for.

Advice for

ELDERS

For all aspects of finance particular to those who have reached the age of wisdom – planning ahead is very important. Start now to maintain the lifestyle you want to enjoy in retirement, plan how to finance care and preserve your assets, get help from your family to manage your finances should you become incapacitated.

Our initial advice and recommendations

We may well be dealing with a single important issue for you at the outset – for example a mortgage or a pension – and it is often important for you to have that need addressed first.

When the time is right we will also offer you a financial needs analysis report.  The report plots your progress towards your goals and is a great tool to help identify any additional needs or shortfalls you may have.

How we are paid

With single need and event based work you decide which parts of the service you want to buy.
You need only pay for those parts that you feel will add value to you.

We will always tell you the exact cost of any work before we start.

Ongoing financial advice and care

We will of course contact you with specific developments, reports or issues that relate to any advice we have given you or any outstanding products and investments obtained through us.  For example, we will contact you when your mortgage is due for review or to provide a report and review of your investments.

We are proactive in looking after your finances but we are also available to help and advise whenever you might call upon us.

You may well have come to us because of that single need but the more you tell us the broader our service becomes.
