First Time Buyer looking to get on the ladder?

We represent you in the mortgage market. At a time that can seem very stressful, one of our professional advisers will give you independent guidance and explain in detail the various options available to you and take the hassle away from your property purchase.

  • We will help you prior to finding a property by explaining the whole process to you and calculating how much you can afford. You are then armed to go out and find a suitable property.
  • When you have found a property we will not only identify and apply for the most suitable mortgage for you but assist with surveyors, solicitors, insurance and any related matters. We can deal direct with the estate agents on your behalf too. You can ask us for assistance with anything that concerns you.
  • During the mortgage process we keep on top of everything with the mortgage lender and keep you up to date with progress. When the mortgage offer is received we will check it to ensure it is actually correct.
  • After your mortgage has been agreed there is still plenty to do. We contact your solicitors to ensure that they have the offer and enquiries have been started. We keep in touch with your solicitors to assist with any problems and we keep you in the loop at all times. Whatever life insurance or buildings insurance is required we ensure it is on risk at exchange of contracts.
And when completion has taken place successfully you can always call upon us for any other financial matters you need to deal with.

Finally, a few months before your mortgage rate is due to expire, we will be in touch to remind you so that you don’t end up paying the dreaded Standard Variable Rate.
